An excellent choice to have fast return on your investment is to rent your property. Credo Consult will promote your property on the tourist market to ensure the most effective occupancy.
Credo Consult will perform initial general inspection of the property to assess its renting potential and will inform the owner of the property state, whether there are necessary repairs to be done or additional equipment to be added.

What does Credo offer for the holiday guests during their stay?
We could arrange flights, car hire, golf bookings etc. if requested by the holiday guests
We maintain twenty-four-hour reception – meeting, check in and check out of the guests
We do a complete preparation, including pre-arrival full maintenance check; Switch-on the boiler; Switch-on the air-con or heating; Clean, dust and polish all furniture, mirrors, windows and make sure everything is in good working order and perfect condition for the holiday Guests’ arrival
Provide the Guests with Information about the area, amenities, activities and sight seeing
Arrange for cleaning: linen change and laundry; towels change and laundry; apartment cleaning and supplies replenish;
Maintenance respond at any time when requested by the Guests (at cost when necessary)
Departure change over clean
In case of insurance claim – we could act on behalf of the owner (only for insurance arranged by Credo Consult)
Finally we do the inventory on Guests’ departure to make sure there aren’t any damages.

How to prepare your property for renting?
The property must have Act 16 or Certificate for Use.
The property should be licensed for short-term letting.
The property and contents must be insured against all popular risks such as theft, earthquake, flood, fire. We are able to arrange the insurance on your behalf.
The property should be fully furnished and fitted with the minimum required items for renting purposes (See Furnishing). In order to be able to successfully market your property, it needs to conform to a certain standard of furnishing and equipment. Together with a partner furnishing company we could present to you furnishing packages, offering you lots of choice, comfort, style and high quality.
The property should be in excellent order, with no repairs needed. All electrical appliances should be in good technical condition, working and safe for use.
The building and its communal areas should be in excellent order, fully completed and landscaped, regularly cleaned and maintained.
Good area or location of the property and easy access to the urbanisation or modern facilities (shops, bars, pharmacy etc.) and walk able to beach, ski runs, town centre or amenities.

Credo Rental Success Fee is 15 % of the gross rental income.
